What materials are your jewelry pieces made of?

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plating, stainless steel, and natural gemstones. Check each product page for details.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! Most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. If you have any questions, just reach out — we’re here to help you choose.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking beautiful, avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place and polish gently with a soft cloth.

Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

Some of our pieces can be customized — please check the product description for personalization options, or feel free to contact us if you’d like to discuss a special request.

Shipping and Taxes

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely! We offer worldwide shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy below for full details.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6 USD applies.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help!

What’s your return & exchange policy?

If you’re not completely happy, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For more info, see our Return and Exchange page.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
